Pettorale con scarabeo del cuore della signora della casa Ankhipen.

Pettorale con naos e scarabeo su una barca fiancheggiato dalle dee Iside e Nefti.
Posteriormente, in corrispondenza dello scarabeo, un grande ovale contiene il capitolo XXXb del Libro del Morti dedicate alla defunta.

Pectoral with a naos and a big scarab on a boat between the goddesses Isis and Nephthys On the back side, in the middle, you can see a large oval containing Chapter XXXb of the Book of the Dead dedicated to the deceased.
Scarabeo antropocefalo con nemes
Calcare con tracce di pigmento. Copia moderna (?) con nome di Ramses II, sovrano della XlX dinastia (1279-1213a.C.)

Sulla base, piatta, sono incisi due cartigli con i nomi del faraone Ramses II: “Re dell’Alto e del Basso Egitto, Usermaatra Setepenra, e Figlio di Ra, Ramses Meryamon”.

The flat base carries two cartouches with the names of the pharaon Ramesses II: “King of the Upper and the Lower Egypt. Usermaatre Setepenre, and Son of Re, Ramesses Meryamon”
Lo scarabeo del cuore
Dal Medio Regno si diffondono gli scarabei del cuore, di dimensioni maggiori rispetto agli altri, posti tra i bendaggi delle mummie in corrispondenza del cuore e recanti il Capitolo XXXb del Libro dei Morti. che recita:
Il mio cuore proviene da mia madre, il mio cuore
proviene dalla mia vita sulla terra, che false
testimonianze non siano pronunciate contro di
me che i Giudici Divini non mi respingano [...]

The heart scarabs
Heart scarabs were first introduced in the Middle Kingdom. They were placed amongst the bandages of mummies, above the heart. They are larger than average scarabs and , sometiare inscribed with Chapter 30b of the Book of the Dead. which reads:
My heart of my mother, my heart of my earthly
form: Do not stand against me in witness, do not
turn me back at the divine council [...]
